Scheduled to begin Jan. 21, the trial is now listed as cancelled on the Orange County Clerk of Courts website. The only upcoming proceeding in the case is a plea hearing scheduled for Feb. 4.

Patrick Spikes is set to stand trial beginning Oct. 28 on five charges, including that he stole and sold costumes from the Haunted Mansion.
25-year-old Patrick Spikes has been charged with stealing and then selling costumes from Haunted Mansion, as well as entering an off-limits area in Epcot.
