A new poll shows Donald Trump is leading Hillary Clinton in the Sunshine State.

The automated poll conducted by JMC Analytics and Polling showed Trump was at 46 percent. Clinton, the poll found, was at 42 percent. Libertarian Gary Johnson received 3 percent support, followed by Jill Stein, the Green Party candidate, with 1 percent. Eight percent of respondents said they were undecided.

The survey was conducted on Sep. 7 and Sep. 8, and has a margin of error of 3.5 percent.

Clinton has strong support from African American and Hispanic voters, while Trump sees significant support from white voters. Trump, the survey showed, also saw strong support among voters in north and south central Florida.

The poll also looked at the Florida Senate race, and found 40 percent of respondents said they supported Sen. Marco Rubio’s re-election. Forty-two percent of respondents said they didn’t support his re-election bid.

In a head-to-head match-up, Rubio leads Rep. Patrick Murphy, 43 percent to 38.

“For the past two decades, Florida has consistently been a competitive state both in its federal and statewide elections, and this year will be no different,” said pollster John Couvillon in a polling memo.
